Eddy has helped improved my fitness immensely. Not only that, but I feel confident in the gym and always enjoy my workouts. Over the summer, with the help of Eddy’s training program, I completed my first half marathon. Having only ever run 5km before this, it was such an achievement. Eddy’s support and motivation is amazing. I am now working towards different goals related to strength and I can already feel the results.
