ABOUT EDDY
Eddy Clarkson
I am a Level 3 REPS Accredited Personal Trainer. Studying Sports and Exercise Science at Leeds Beckett University.
I have always had a passion for sport and exercise, having competed at a high level in several sports. Most recently competing in Ironman Triathlons with a PB of 9h 48mins.
In 2015, I was studying Accounting and Finance until I had a life altering experience. I was diagnosed with Leukaemia (AML) at the age of 20 years old. I underwent 4 cycles of chemotherapy lasting 7 months. I was lucky enough to be in remission but had lost all my physical and mental strength.
I had a lot of time to think during this period, and came to terms with the fact that I no longer wanted to sat behind a desk 9-5. I wanted to be out and about, helping others achieve their goals.
My aim is to applying my knowledge I have developed through studying and a lifetime of training, to help people achieve their performance, fitness and health goals. I create personalised training plans in accordance to clients needs, goals, passions and lifestyle.
