Ideal for someone looking to get into running for the first time or has not laced up in a long time. The programme incoperates Run/Walks, allowing you to slowly get into the groove of running.
The plan contains 3 run/walks per week & 2 strength sessions. All strength sessions do not require any equipment.
This is a 4 week programme designed to increase your endurance, get you moving and to provide some structure into your lockdown life.
