PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE PURCHASING: The pre requisite for successful completion of this program is to be able to run 3km with ease. The first week will consist of a weekly volume of 9kms. 


The plan contains 3 runs per week & 2 strength sessions. All strength sessions do not require any equipment.


This is a 4 week training programme designed to increase your endurance and efficiency running. Perfect for those wanting to add structure to their training and lockdown life.
