PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE PURCHASING: The pre requisite for successful completion of this program is to be able to run 7km with ease and consistently run at least 15km per week.


The plan contains 3 runs per week & 2 strength sessions. All strength sessions do not require any equipment.


This is a 4 week training programme designed to increase your endurance and help to build in some structure to your training over lockdown.
