If you have always struggled to run further than 10km, or never had the programme in place to reach a half marathon distance then this is the plan for you. The plan contains 3x runs per week and 2x home based strength sessions (no equipment needed).
NOTE: The first weeks volume is 22km, and you should be able to run 10km before purchasing this plan.
